Data marked as required is necessary to create, verify and use the account. If this data is not provided, StaffLink cannot deliver the requested service.
3. Processing based on consent
Where processing is not necessary for the account, contract, security or a legal obligation, StaffLink requests separate, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent.
- Uploading an optional profile photo, where it is not necessary to verify the role.
- Sending optional commercial communications.
- Enabling preference, analytics or marketing cookies according to the selection in the cookie module.
Refusing or withdrawing optional consent does not limit the platform's core features.
4. Recipients and confidentiality
Data may be accessed only by authorised persons, technical providers necessary for platform operation and users who need to receive the information for the service to be provided. Data is not shared for purposes incompatible with those described.
5. Retention period
Data is retained for the lifetime of the account and afterwards only as long as necessary to address legal or contractual obligations or potential disputes. Data based solely on consent is no longer used for that purpose after consent is withdrawn.
6. Data subject rights and withdrawal of consent
Under Law No. 195/2024, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing where the relevant right applies.
Optional consent may be withdrawn at any time through the available settings or by sending a request to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not stop processing based on another legal basis.
7. User acknowledgement
By selecting the corresponding field in the form, the user confirms that:
- they have read the Terms and conditions and Privacy policy;
- they have received clear information about the controller, purposes, legal bases and rights;
- the information entered is accurate and belongs to them, or they are authorised to submit it;
- they understand that consent-based choices can be withdrawn separately.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may contact StaffLink or lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
