1. About the platform
StaffLink facilitates interaction between companies requesting temporary staff and workers interested in shifts. The platform verifies profiles and moderates requests before publication.
2. Account creation and verification
- Users provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- An email address or phone number cannot be used for different accounts.
- Full access is granted after the account has been reviewed and approved.
- Sign-in credentials are confidential and must not be shared with other people.
- StaffLink may request additional information, reject or block an account that does not meet the platform's requirements.
3. Requests, applications and shifts
Approved companies can submit staff requests for review. Requests become public only after approval by the administrator. Approved workers may apply only once for each available shift.
Selecting a worker does not guarantee participation until they confirm it. A decline, lack of response or replacement releases the place for another person. The final list includes only confirmed workers.
4. Feedback
Feedback may be submitted only after a confirmed shift has ended and only between the company responsible for the shift and workers on the final list. Feedback is reviewed by the administrator and is not published automatically.
5. User obligations
- comply with the laws of the Republic of Moldova and the rights of others;
- not provide false or misleading information;
- not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts;
- follow the conditions, schedule and instructions of a confirmed shift;
- not use the platform for illegal or abusive activities.
6. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform operating continuously and securely. Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security or incident resolution.
7. Intellectual property
The platform's design, texts, graphics, brand and features are protected by applicable law. Their use outside the platform requires the rights holder's consent.
8. Changes to the terms
The terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legislation. The date of the latest update is shown at the start of this document.
